...as my father told me about the SWISS...most of them have peasant lifestyles (but gloriously so - not starving - like perhaps, in the ANDES)...and they work it off...everything that they eat with vigorous work...simply walking to work...up and down a mountain is vigorous...that sort of thing...farming is another matter...up and down your fields...upon a mountain.
