John Lennon in Sweden 1964

I found this "interview" from when Beatles arrived at Stockholm
back in July of 1964 ;-)


The actual footage of the interview begins at around 1:58 and I was struck by just how JAPANESE - JOHN LENNON looks...I had always thought so before, in relation to the photos of him with YOKO ONO but even more so, this time around...

What LENNON says is profoundly interesting - he introduces other group members as:

GEORGE PARASOL

RINGO STONE

PAUL MA-CHARMLY

McCartney raises his hand in a programmer's signal to warn LENNON off...I associate the 'I' sign with the CROSS for some reason - it is a blocking signal at any rate...at 2:25

MCDONALD, GILL and HULBRUSCH had shown me this video...years ago...

"They spell very GRATE-LY"

...and his poem:

"THE DOG NIGEL...ARF ARF (half half?) HE GOES A MERRY SIGHT...OUR LITTLE HAIRY FRIEND...ARF ARF UPON THE LAMP-POST BRIGHT...I'VE BEEN ROUND THE BEND"

Then GEORGE (STONE) attempts to stop him reading and manages it by tearing out some of the pages of the book...and then LENNON helps him to tear some more out...

This will all be symbolic of something...

The FRONTISPIECE is your vagina/anus...so tearing pages out would be akin to tearing babies from the womb?

Also extracting bags of heroin from the anus?
