This item appeared 'unbidden' upon my laptop from BARCLAYS BANK - the first time that I got online this morning...and I remembered discussing it with 'PETE' from SCARLETT's police...he figured that it was a 'good deal' for a credit card...I argued that it wasn't...firstly because you had to pay so much in APR% and how little in % you got back...and I 'knew' that something really wicked is hidden in the small print so all I can say now is EMPTOR CAVEAT - BUYER BEWARE.
