A strange sign, that has always made me 'look twice'...so where is the DRYING PAINT exactly? The sign has been up for years.

It is an ill cult icon...but what does it mean? Perhaps it means something like 'watching paint dry'...that ill cult slaves were supposed to do that, whilst the NWO come in...that was it...not to take action against them...just to 'watch paint dry' instead. A 'joke' phrase once told me by HELEN RODWAY when she was expressing her boredom in a meeting...and inability to talk due to her inferior position...you were subjugated to the position of having to 'watch paint dry'.
