In order to do a more thorough investigation of what NPOWER has been up to - I need to know what my neighbours have been charged and in totality for their GAS BILLS.

You see - last night I remembered what this was all about…

I had overheard TOMLINSON/CAMERON etc discussing how to ‘run’ NPOWER and how to cut costs down to a minimum.

I had summarised their strategy in my head as the equivalent of the POLL TAX.

This wasn’t quite accurate but it served as an aide memoire to what they were really up to and it is this:

A STANDARD GAS CHARGE payable by everybody - not matter how much or how little gas they used (give or take a few pennies).

CAMERON told TOMLINSON that they would have to work out the optimum charge - so that it would all ‘level out’ in the end I.e. that NPOWER would not only cover costs but also make a huge profit upon their gas sales.

What tipped me off to the above?

It was 3 of occupants in BELLE COURT flats - who told me that their last gas bill had been around £350. It didn’t matter how many people were in the flat I.e. 1-3 people…their gas bills were all of a similar amount.

Put simply - the TARIFFS are a complete lie.

As CAMERON was to say, words to the effect of: “the tariffs confuse people - they won’t question it- it’s always worked”.

You see the most expensive tariff that I have been given, is just over 8p per gas unit.

I have used 600 gas units.

Yet NPOWER are daring to charge me 58p per unit.

Isn’t it all nonsense?

NPOWER are covering up the fact that CAMERON’s government has decided upon a STANDARD GAS CHARGE for all customers.

It doesn’t matter how much or how little gas, you use.

So this is a really serious contravening of the TRADE DESCRIPTIONS ACT.

Circa 2003 - I only found one person who thought that they understood GAS TARIFFS…a policeman who explained it as I understood it:

You pay a certain charge for the first amount of gas and then a different charge for the second amount.

Yes, that is what they state upon their so-called bills but what they do NOT tell you is this:

How much gas you have used and during what period for neither the first or the second amount of gas. Nor do they tell you how much they are charging for the two amounts.

It is tantamount to fraud, extortion - that sort of thing.
