I am going for my 19th swim of the season, this morning...however, a cashier at M&S warned me yesterday to avoid high tide because I might get hit by a TIDAL WAVE...the tides could rise that high in CLACTON and crash over the promenade barrier...

I then had a 'flash' of RIMINGTON telling me that this would happen to me at some point...so I will avoid HIGH TIDE times...
