Today is the 17th JULY 2010 - and looking back upon my posts of today...I cannot as yet, find the website which had the story - which DESMOND TODD was most fond of repeating - in terms of a deterrent from entering into any ill cult deal...


The story involves a poor FISHERMAN who has a life which revolves around 'not doing too much' but catching enough fish....seeing that his family are all right...and then going off in the evenings to have a drink with his friends, in the evening...

The FISHERMAN is then approached by a wealthy US business 'head-hunter' type - who tells him that he can improve his FISHING business by working so much harder....more hours of the day...forming his own company...and eventually making a killing upon the stock-market in terms of buying and selling...and then, what then?

He can afford to retire...and 'see that his family are all right'...and have a drink with his friends upon the beach, in the evening...
