This morning...a SCARLETT lookalike was hanging around outside of the MAGNET HOUSE carpark and close to the door of HP LAW - LEGAL PRACTICE...this had been one of RIMINGTON's outlets...see previous notes upon a folder being handed out of their backdoor...to be taken into the COUNCIL 'social worker' building with their new codes to be programmed with...

The SCARLETT lookalike was smoking his pipe and doing SCARLETT-like things...until he began to look very shady indeed...he took out what looked like, from a distance...a bunch of car keys....went to the lock of the backdoor and fumbled around a bit...he didn't appear to let himself in...and then walked away again...

I couldn't see what he had actually done but I assume it was something to do with picking the lock...why?
