This is my next email to MS STEELE:

Perhaps I didn't make myself clear in the last email MS STEELE.

Yes, I was wrong to claim that I have been charged 58p per unit - that was an error.

What I am not wrong about though is that having given two meter readings and from two different meters - I was charged the same amount for the gas usage - even though one gas usage figure was nearly half of the other.

I have all of the evidence and will take this to court, if necessary.

NPOWER appears to be charging ONE STANDARD CHARGE - regardless of how much or little gas, a customer has used.

This breaks so many laws - I cannot even begin to imagine how many.

Kindly make sure that my gas bill is brought down to the level consonant with a realistic price for one person living in a one-bedroomed flat and using a minimum of gas.

I estimate that this should be about £2 per week.

I have been living in this flat for roughly 40 weeks.

Therefore my total gas bill should be around £80.

I have had to pay over 4 times this amount.

NPOWER would do well to reimburse me the difference immediately because the above will all come out in court if NPOWER does not.

Kind regards,

Emily Gyde
