....and what else, dazzlenation?...well, having logged into O2's website....the following webpage suddenly deleted my login details (username/password) - after logging on...and i now find that the company has now been taken over by 'virgin media' and therefore the service is not available until you have a virgin media/O2 account ID, presumably....and so yes, we then have more 'mickey mouse' bullshit to follow....for example - the box labelled 'area' - gives you a numerical choice from 1-34 with no additional information....and so how is one supposed to set up a new account - without any information as to which 'area' you are supposed to be in etc etc....and no i haven't had a 'welcome' email from virgin media - which would help things along etc etc....go figure:

what a complete cock 'n' balls up....i've been sent no information about this so-called 'merger' at all....and i am now no longer allowed to use my password and email address in order to log onto O2's website - see above...hmmm....i've just tried again and as if by 'magic' - i am now allowed to login and that 'stitch page' for virgin media - has now disappeared...just how suspect, is that etc etc........go figure:

oh and look at this...the first time that O2 has bothered to contact me....and they're 'on the steal' again...what on earth do they mean by the following etc etc....and yes, i know what they are trying to do....they have not honoured their own rules and regulations in allowing me to cancel the first contract for £20 pm within the allotted time and honoured the second contract for £28 pm....and are now telling me that in order to get out of either contract - i will have to pay £100s...isn't this absolutely disgusting - utter criminals:

oh and why had O2 suddenly decided to create another account for me, in the first place - dazzlenation...when i had only been upgrading my previous package?....it is all so criminal....oh and a little bird tells me that the 'tards' at virgin media were responsible...is that why i had got that 'virgin media' stitch page?..."stitch up" replies BI online.....and all will pay through the nose, for 'this one' - accordingly...accounts drained etc etc...how many more tards, want to try it on etc etc...there's no telling them, is there?....go figure:
