....and what else is 'new, dazzlenation?...well, back to the mundane....following an extremely heavy rainfall - my bathroom basin is now completely blocked and I cannot unblock it, as I normally do, with a plunger....so i've emailed CHP to book a plumber appointment etc etc....oh and regarding O2 and those two numerical aliases (which will deduct two amounts, this month)....i haven't heard a word back from their complaints department, as yet....and yes, i had rung them up, today....to wait for what seemed like hours...to then get cut off before anybody bothered to reply....isn't O2 the most difficult company to get in touch with, of all?...for a start off...they don't have a feedback form upon their site which would be really useful instead of having to go through the complaints department, instead....only a customer phone number 0344 8090202 (if your mobile is not on O2)....oh and guess what?...they play the same muzak as CHP, whilst you are waiting for an O2 operative...isn't that a teensy weensy bit 'odd'?....lol..it made me laugh, at any rate - 'crossed lines'?...additionally, the numerical code sent to my mobile - regarding access....began 492....see previous posts....go figure.
