well according to the instruction from that latest email from CHP...I was to take a few shots of the 'communal lights'...to ascertain that they were 'all on the blink' from top to bottom and not just 'down my flat corridor' - see previous notes....I was then to note a 'bleep bleep bleep' sound coming from the locked 'electricity room'...probably connected to the lights, I thought but there again - I have no idea....
anyway, I haven't replied to that email as yet...i'll reply tomorrow I suppose...having had 'too much to do' today....besides now that I have cancelled that plumber appointment...the threat of 'hulk reference' has disappeared...hasn't it? 'green lights' - who cares? I can live with it for the time being...
