Anyway THE EYE was to remind me of what colin used to do at mealtimes....sit there and then suddenly roll his eyes back into his head...showing only the whites of his eyes....'for a laugh'...to freak out 'guests' around the table....

...as a child - I couldn't bear to watch any more of the series...after one episode, that is - which had included a 'clown doll in a circus trailer'.....a clown doll that used to roll its 'marble ball' eyes back into its head...so that the balls went 'white'...and then somebody died....go figure.
