I wonder what's happening with flat 4 nowadays - since rick moved out....see previous notes. it now has 'one of those CHP locks' upon it - so that it cannot be accessed by those who 'shouldn't have access'....

it is simply that, this morning... a middle-aged man, white hair and glasses....not in CHP uniform, either I might add etc...was to enter that flat...at about 7.30am and for all I know...he is still in there.

it is now 8.34am and he has just decided to leave...having refixed the lock back in place - go figure.
