anyway, what else? well after meeting with donna...and somebody else...who was a bit of a 'blast from the past' let us say...because this was a 'military day' you understand...upon which I had to remember a certain operation....

off I went to ranworth to meet rose on reception....I was to ask her about that DWP form...she told me that she had to book an appointment with dr shamshad...she asked me if 5.30pm on the 23rd of june was okay....

see previous notes upon 'cathy' and 'around 5pm....that callback signal....

....and previous notes upon that 'plumber appointment' which had also been supposed to be on the 23rd june....which is now cancelled.

well naturally I wasn't interested in booking anything on the 23rd...superstitious you might say? ha ha ha....rose had another look at her computer and then said "what about the 30th june....9.30am?" I agreed and thanked her for her help upon that one...

rose then sent a text to my mobile confirming that I had booked an appointment upon that date....my mobile picked it up immediately...and so I had a look...yes, the text had gone through....and seeing as I didn't like 'anonymous phonecalls'...rose was to tell me that the surgery would text me in relation to appointments etc....how very helpful eh? st james surgery had offered nothing of the kind....whilst sending me out threatening letters...about having 'not answered their calls'...despite me repeatedly telling them that I didn't like to accept anonymous calls - seeing as I am a vulnerable person...
