and no it can't possibly be 'the same one'...I've now found a photo of 'the one in clacton':
anyway, regarding that NHS text...I'd better call round 'this morning' and ask them about that DWP form...and also register online with the surgery...to avoid having to put up those 'anonymous phonecalls' etc etc...
