This was made in SHANGHAI for some reason...i get it now...this was all about SWINE FLU...and the fact that GILLY BOY had been CHEMIC ALI...we made it together on the sly...and hid it on the internet...a quickie as a reminder...no 'great art' involved...and yes, that is DAVID MILIBAND's torso and tattoo...he wanted to show that to prove to himself that it was actually him in the video, later on...after having been memory-dumped.
