Look at the white balls upon this photo...I can remember that the TASCHMANNS told me that they represented locations but for what...they are like ORBS that soul-trap, I suppose...
Anyway, a typical 'wedding cake' USSR architectural design for the Latvian Academy of Sciences.
Was the RED LIGHT on top of this building or another? I cannot remember as yet...
The building reminds me of the one in the centre of WARSZAWA, POLAND...I remember laughing about that one to the TASCHMANNS...the Poles used to say that the only good view of it, was one from inside the building, looking out (so you couldn't see it)...otherwise they hated this 'wedding cake' icon of occupation...
