and it is all about 'precipitation' isn't it?....pat would know all about that, I suppose (arts and crafts...pottery and 'restoration' etc etc....tend to require a knowledge of chemistry)...along with 'winnie' (who could have been her daughter, for all I know - similar sort of looks/talents etc etc...hairdressing also requires a knowledge of chemistry)....anyway, precipitation as a rather large metaphor...covering block of wood-rings....along with the ripples and the substitution packages etc etc...and 'chaos theory' in relation to the butterfly's wing that can cause a tornado etc etc....go figure.
