oh good...it looks like the ill have backed down...that they have given up hope of charging me for work that I should not be charged for.....see previous notes upon 'all of that'....additionally, she doesn't appear to have a copy of the letter that had been sent to me - isn't that odd?.....go figure:
anyway, what shall I reply?...I know...."thank you Samantha but you appear to have already solved it for me - kind regards" etc etc...I mean to say - what on earth would I want to talk about with - regarding 'mark tonge' because as far as I can remember - he is one of lee Jackson's dreadful 'shower'....as it goes eh?
