...and so what had tipped off my sixth sense to the whole thing?....that letter from 'tina emmett' (asset support officer, commercial services) along with that email from Joanna bates, also from 'commercial services'...and well, it depends upon what particular meaning, you are attaching to the word 'asset' and also what you mean by 'commercial services'.....because 'commercial services' normally means sales-that-the-customer-has-to-pay-for....doesn't it?

...therefore, this morning - I was to send the following email to CHP...outlining the stance that emet was to tell me to take....which ran along the lines of 'don't let them in until they agree to pay'....go figure:
