....and what else is new this thursday morning?...a text from CHP mentioning the word 'INGRESS' in capitals (WATER INGRESS TO OPEN KITCHEN LOUNGE)....i'll explain 'that one' - later on, in detail, if necessary....lol....anyway, a bit of a 'leak' of sorts, in my flat.....which donna was to say was....er...."compensation", after having viewed it.....yes, really - having looked at the water-on-the-laid-carpet which was to remind me so much of the time when 'crappy' and donna had come to call etc etc.........and donna had gone 'bright red' after viewing it....a bit of a 'poltergeist' number?...anyway, exactly the same place - upon the threshold of the doorway between the hall and kitchen - except that this time, there had also been a small pool of water, next to the carpet.....donna was to repeatedly call it "compensation" and "it's nothing"...."compensation" - donna kept on repeating....i then decided upon "condensation?".....knowing that something was up......donna immediately corrected her pronunciation...."condensation"...anyway, simon-the-plumber from CHP, turned up next to check every possibility out - in terms of pipes, within my flat and also down below, in the 'indoor shed' storage/cageroom (as donna and myself had also checked, beforehand).....and was then to tell me that he had had that type of thing, happen to him before, whilst 'on a job'....a patch of water, in the corner of a toilet room - that couldn't be explained etc etc....simon was also to tell me that i should remember to look for the direction i.e. 'where-it-flows-in-from'....a difficult number, regarding a wet carpet, with no visible signs of anything that might have soaked it and from underneath...apart from a small pool of water upon the kitchen floor by that carpet - but there you go....in short, i'll say it's 'poltergeists' - and that is because my sixth sense is homing in on 'crompton and his ex-wife'......how sick 'n' how sad is that?.....nota bene, the carpet had been soaked from beneath, in the main and a small pool of water, was at the edge of it..... not much of the carpet was affected - as it turned out...a real 'puzzle', eh?...you could say that i (or somebody else) had spilt a relatively small amount of liquid, slowly - onto the kitchen floor, by the carpet - and then watched it go under the laid carpet and watched that liquid go under it in relation to the 'point of least resistance' until it had found it's point-of-resistance and stopped - except that i had most emphatically NOT done that......"gremlins" replies BI online....go figure.

anyway, i remember SAS scottie telling me that everything had been 'sealed', in relation to my flat.....and whilst looking up at the ceiling - from the 'indoor shed' with simon (on the groundfloor relative to my firstfloor flat)....i could see that much was true - the ceiling had been sealed with sealing of sorts and with what one assumes were waterproof tiling....ergo if there was a real leak.....it would take some time to show itself - resulting in etc etc.....hmmmm......so many flats have been flooded, in belle court.....my neighbours are of the opinion - that more flats than most, have been flooded (leaking toilet/radiator etc etc) in this building....and so just how much 'interior flooding' can that sort of a building stand before etc etc...on the plus side, it would be very hard to burn it down...a waterlogged building, as a result of the state of the plumbing.....what can i do but laugh.....better that, than cry etc etc....as it goes, eh?
