anyway, here is the url - to complete a claims form.....by the due date plus 10 working days etc etc and that's how long it might take for 1st class nowadays and so we're looking at next friday, i suppose - after which i can claim etc etc.....hmmm....the day of the 'firedoor inspection'....lol...and yes, i received the letter, today.....and have emailed CHP back, having already been told that my frontdoor will have to be replaced - asking if i can choose the colour etc etc.....see previous posts....go figure:
