and my own thoughts about it?....well in a rather abstract way....the bed is reminding me of the carpenter who had called round this morning to check the firedoor (what he was wearing, perhaps)....apparently the gap beneath it isn't large enough to warrant etc etc and so it won't be changed...he was also very interested in what that 'shellen' carpenter (who had put in that 'tardis' frontdoor for flat 1), had been all about (polish and/or albanian? i wonder, including a lookalike in morrison's - regarding that polish couple upstairs - so many years ago now - remember social services paying an unwanted call etc etc)....oh and pat had once told me...."he's very clever indeed, you know" and now he works for 'tom' in the planning team - the only team who appear to be able to get things done, at CHP (e.g. twice as many properties in their portfolio - within 20 years....locations far into essex and suffolk - even one on the cambridge border but mainly around cheltenham)....hmmm....anyway, he told me all sorts of stuff about CHP and also door specifications....including a reference to 'chipboard'....hmmm....remember how he had once been programmed to put in 'chipboard' into one of the living room windows as a reminder of buller's 'cipolla' etc etc.....go figure:
