....and what else is 'new' this wednesday evening, dazzlenation?...well, a new 'bugbear' regarding UK 'cold weather payments'.....let's put it this way.....the BBC consistently reports that clacton is above zero....even though at about 8am morning, there was ice on the roof tops, black ice on the pavements and i could see my breath, whilst walking down the street.....anyway, having had a quick look through the week, upon the BBC weather site.....hmmm....looks like everybody else in the area gets cold weather payments but not clacton, again...they say that it is warmer nearer to the coast but even so...it's bloody freezing!.....go figure:
and i know that i'm being pedantic here but anyway....the temperature and 'snow' forecast appear to contradict each other:
