OTHER NOTES:

this morning and also yesterday morning, I was to greet a young woman and her friend (well, they were both younger than me, that is all I can say - I couldn't put an age upon either of them)...in belle court - one seated on the stairs to the second floor and the other standing by the firedoor to my flat's corridor...both had been sent along by scarlett, as far as I know...and his intention? to 'screw them' as well as myself...along the lines of "we'll get the other one as an accomplice"...and how was he going to do that?

as follows....gill knew what it was all about...and had warned one of the two women not to ask for renumeration for her 'brilliant idea'...and you know how the ill like to steal anything that is going to make them a huge amount of money, don't you?

...see previous notes upon that M&S assistant who had thought up the design for that 'musical Christmas tree'...which must have made M&S millions, last Christmas...and what did she get? something like £100 Christmas bonus....

...see also previous notes upon collie's 'dirty tricks department'....you see, this is all about how BI used to be in the 'good old bad old days'....the days, where 'find a loophole' as well as 'hack on through' were all part and parcel of the 'dirty tricks number'....

so what had been that young woman's brilliant idea?

unfortunately she couldn't remember a thing....because after telling rimington - who had been on the M&S board of governors, at the time....the young woman was then stungunned and turfed out of the building....rimington then suffered a similar fate, at the hands of scarlett, upon telling him that 'brilliant idea' - but wasn't turfed out of the office...allowed to remain. scarlett then used that 'brilliant idea' along with his 'bent coppers from the CID' as well as a really stupid woman...that gill had recruited for his M&S team....and they probably know who she was, by now....

so what am I getting at here?

the 'young woman' had been working in 'accounts' but at a very high-up level...finance and computing...let us put it that way...and that is how gill was to learn of her 'brilliant idea'....

scarlett was quick off the mark...he was to get to that 'young woman' first....he was to lie to her....tell her that she deserved renumeration....and that she should press for it, at this point in time....

naturally the 'young woman' wanted to meet rimington again....and so accosted gill, as he was walking towards that building....he was then to warn her NOT to do so....but he appeared to be unable, to give a reason why....

I suppose that you have guessed already what it was all about...financial crime and at the highest levels...the 'young woman' had found a loophole upon the system and reported it....

....but when somebody like scarlett, projecting 'aslan the trustworthy' etc etc....has told you that you deserve renumeration...."just deserts".....well, obviously you are going to think that your 'bright idea' was something along the lines of a 'mechanical Christmas tree'...oh I might add - she was to lose her job in that 'financial computing sector' as well as 'all memory of ever having worked there'....and 'at the time' scarlett had been careful, not to tell her - what her 'bright idea' had been..."you know what I'm talking about" nudge, nudge, wink, wink....and even though she hadn't got a clue...she played along as if she could remember - rather than look a fool.

and therefore my only advice to her, at this point in time...is that she has a natural intelligence and skill - relating to 'financial fraud' and understanding 'the mind' of those involved in that sort of crime....perhaps fraud squads might pay her well, to do that sort of 'job' for them?

OTHER NOTES:

...a further 'minor issue' and that is related to M&S and their 'refund policy' after money has been illegally debited from a customer's account....

are they going to go the same way as MORRISON's supermarket and lose millions as a punishment?

...well, yes they are - and all for the sake of about £65....and not because the staff knew 'who was doing it' .......

let me explain - in the MORRISON's supermarket case - the managers knew full well who was doing it...a SAATCHI operative....

....however in M&S' case, they didn't know....which member of gill's BI team, had done it...and so why is the store now being punished?

it is because of the unfair and basically illegal policy of being as 'unfriendly to customers' as possible - by refusing to check 'what went through the till that day' in relation to CCTV....

....and putting the onus upon the customer....who then has to go to their bank...the bank tells them - it went out to a bona fide MORRISON/M&S bank account...."nothing we can do"....they ring up the supermarket in question, who reply "nothing we can do" or words to that effect....the bank then says "we can call the police"...you wait hours....nothing happens....the police come....the whole matter takes a few more hours...and then 'down to the station'....I mean to say - who has time for all of that? particularly if you are working? and that is why MORRISON and M&S gets away with it and will continue until financially punished, let us say...

....and I hate to say this gill - but both are 'jooish stores' aren't they? taking away their money and by the million - 'hurts them the most' doesn't it?

scarlett used to call the above i.e. caught between jooish stores MORRISON/M&S in relation to most banks - as being "caught between the devil and the deep blue sea"...go figure what he meant by that one....

oh I see....'seas-as-banks'.....'Caesar's banks'?...go figure.

anyway, if you are prepared to go through all of that and for £65...there is then the hiring of a lawyer for the court case involved...to ensure that the supermarket in question, does pay your money back etc etc....do you see how it goes?...who wants to go through 'all of that' - and that is why MORRISON/M&S get away with it....

...and that is why...having got to a 'certain level' in network control within 'intelligence worldwide' - I decided upon 'punish the company'....financially, until they change their ways or should I say 'policies'?

I mean to say - nobody is going to walk into a supermarket and waste employees' time by reporting something that is a lie (amounts debited from their card and no receipt) - why would they? nobody would benefit from 'that one' would they?

OTHER NOTES:

...and the fly in the ointment here? something around 'the local branch' not having a record of it going through any of their tills...the money had been taken at a 'higher level'....anyway, if you question 'young woman' she can probably remember the whole lot...'how it was'...given the right CIA drug etc etc.

...and for my own part 'until it is all cleared up' - well, do I really need to shop at M&S at all...I used to spend most of my 'mental health benefits' there...as part of my daily 'shop' in their food department....obviously now, I will not do so....nothing, that I cannot buy from SAINSBURY's....

...this is all so annoying....and of course, I have 'lost so much again'....the money from my account...so those named stores lose millions as 'just punishment'....but that doesn't renumerate me, does it?

hmmmm.....something more, has to be done - doesn't it? we will see what the next chapter of this 13th one ill cult game, brings....
