good....CHP have replied to my email....let me explain - I was to ring up and book a plumber appointment and then send an email to CHP to ask for confirmation of that appointment plus a few other things....and they replied very promptly indeed - within the same day:

...however there is one fly in the ointment and it was 'two blokes' leaving belle court - very early in the morning...one was swearing "I hate flats" as he left - through the frontdoor...apparently both were CHP employees, judging by their sweatshirts with chp logos...anyway, I was to take a photo of their  chp van, parked around the corner because 'you never know' do you? see previous notes upon Tomlinson and his 'fake vans'...'fake police cars'...you name it.....
