let me see...somebody has parked - right under my flat bedroom window...now nobody is supposed to park in that area, at all - are they? secondly I am linking 'that one' to capaldi and his team, for some reason...anyway, the car was parked in a similar position yesterday but under flat 1 windows...registration plate DY64 HGA...go figure:
