today I decided to email M&S the following...the text will make clear - what has happened:
to then get this reply:
anyway, I know what happened and I now know who stole the money and how they were 'dealt with' let us say...but the fact that this criminal gang had found a loophole, using the M&S computerised system, to debit from my bank account - means that I do not want any details of mine, left upon that system.
additionally and 'just to make sure' I will not use a debit card in that store, ever again.
