this is an odd one - but the eldest taschmann at the templar castle....used to call himself the VELOCRAPTER now and then....and we figured that it was something around dinosaur programming...he was then to flash images of having 'escaped on a bike' down VELATOR way and then road....to find that military base - located upon the tail of the 'green dragon'...
