Paulyb: I see that William Windsor, having been taken to Australia in considerable luxury and at great expense, has made a comment. Something along the lines of “Australians have been very brave.” The BBC broadcast this gem as if an utterance from a latter day Socrates.
I suspect the Windsors are anxious to encourage Australians to take William to their hearts and turn away from all those nasty republicans. I suspect that William is none too intelligent. His genes don’t promise much in that respect.
