and the fact that those like 'helen and weale' as well as 'jeremy and joanna' were being seduced by this 'elite circle above the law' is even more dangerous....but that is how you 'get on' within the ill cult...by performing acts of atrocity....you are then blackmailable.....you gain 'favours'....enter the 'system'....get a desk and then run human slaves....steal off them....and the whole horror, perpetuates itself....

One cheerful thing about this little story is that it illustrates the fact that the royals’ handlers aren’t that bright. If Kate had been issued a ticket and paid up cheerfully it would have added to her popularity.The whole episode illustrates the fact that royals do not feel subject to rules that govern everyone else.
Now of course, this situation is a peculiar subset of the global reality that poor people have to pay for things and rich people don’t. However, assuming you’re allowed to park anywhere is a peculiarly egregious and visible example of a kind of contempt for the rule of law (on a very small scale I know).
