yes bagley was as bad as the rest of them - when he went white-faced and bloodless...you can see it on that 'star wars droid' video....he was supposed to check into a hospital - whenever he started to 'go' that way...to go mad again through blood disorders....but even though he still had so much 'stolen money' and in various accounts...he was simply 'too mean' to spend it.....the tavistock had programmed him to go to a police station if he began to have homicidal thoughts and to quote a number reference 3192....which he didn't do, as it turned out...which is why the 'americans' turned up - frogmarched him out of his house and down to a 'recording studio' to threaten him....they then made him record the 'droid tape' as a warning....
