if you check the DAILY MAIL article...her 'minders' shooed off more than one traffic warden....instead of doing the sensible thing and simply going and getting a parking ticket for her....one wonders if any of them had a brain in their heads - because that would have been the sensible, as well as legal thing to do - wouldn't it?
