i remember now...the royals had got robbie coltrane 'under mind control' and used him as one of their ill cult programmers, to program SCARLETT'S POLICE with....he was 'in character' at the time - but not playing 'a good guy'...he was playing 'cop gone to the bad' who was supposed to convince them all that their fight against the ill cult was hopeless and useless....
i can remember them sniggering amongst themselves....COLTRANE was an actor - not a policeman....ergo they were not in 'easily convinced child alters'....they had seen through the deception easily enough...but after electrocution/drugging - would they remember any of it?
anyway, the 121 timing of the video below - was a clue to 'MR 1-2-1' aka MARK R who was directing the whole show, as per usual....i mean the reprogramming attempt - upon SP....i can remember coltrane getting off an airplane...they were all on an airstrip - at an airport for some reason...and he was bellowing at them all, standing by the plane....now why was that the 'location' chosen for this particular bit of ill cult programming?
secondly, the actor with coltrane in the clip below - at first i figured that he had been chosen to represent MCDONALD....but when the camera went 'close-up' i was struck by his likeness to BAGLEY 'dr who' but with blue eyes....so somebody had chosen that actor carefully but what 'statement' was being made?
