Even more bizarrely...I remembered this morning...and i have no idea whether or not this is true...that my father had dated JOANNA LUMLEY as a young actress...before he met and then got married to my mother. BI told me a bit about it...

Now my mother had told me that to her knowledge - he had only ever had one girlfriend before her...a blonde who was very 'upper class'...so far...so similar...an 'actressy type'...so it might have been true...who knows? Why would JOANNA LUMLEY have been interested in my father as a young medical student is another question...and perhaps I can answer that one a little...

My father didn't want to have children - apparently LUMLEY didn't either...they were most probably very aware of what would happen to them, if they did...my grandfather GYDE didn't want children either according to HANNI and had hit the roof when Sophie/DaDa had got pregnant...and not just once, twice.

However, my mother then came along and fixed her sights on him - as certain women do when they really want to 'get' a man - as my mother used to say 'get them by the balls' as in don't give them any leeway at all or 'decision' in it...I would put RACHEL DAVIES into this category, in relation to TOBY MACKLIN for example...very maternal women who decide that this is 'MR RIGHT' and 'get' him...settle down and have as many babies as possible. If the above is true, that is...anyway, the only time that I was to meet JOANNA LUMLEY was when she questioned that RED QUEEN and trod on her thumping great toes...JANE MILLIGAN...so we had to ensure protection for LUMLEY after that one...to get her past the 64 years expiry date...
