....and what else, dazzlenation?...well, this might seem a bit 'frivolous' but what the hell, eh?....and so let's take 'louis' advice and let that radiator flood the flat...which is what had appeared to be his intention, in the first place - having given me all of that wrong advice, whilst refusing to isolate/cut off that radiator....anyway, when i leave the flat, after it starts to flood...as i was to remind 'jamal'....i will lock the door, after me....which mean that they will need keys to let themselves in....to stop the structural damage and to the entire building, let us say....could run into 100,000s....depending upon how long they leave it....and where will i be?....hmmm.....you know - the idea of a clacton B&B doesn't appeal....i shall treat this as a 'holiday'....somewhere nice....what about dedham etc etc....just run it all up on that HSBC credit card which has a limit of £5,000....honestly i am passed caring, now...i'm just out to have a good time....as it goes, eh?
