....anyway, i've sent CHP another email - dazzlenation....because enough is really enough, isn't it?...i will simply move out into a B&B when that radiator begins to flood the flat and then wait until they have done the repairs and renumerated me for all of the damage as well as 'aggravation', let us say....see previous notes upon 'all of that'....go figure:

and guess what, dazzlenation?.....having called that CHP out of hours service again....and been put through to 'jamal' on switchboard of aaron services ltd "i don't actually work for them!"....he then apologised for 'louis' having not done his job.....after i had read out the above email....i replied that he had no reason to do so....it wasn't his fault etc etc....anyway, he then told me that he would add to notes and try to send another plumber out "after 8am" on friday morning.....watch this space....more laughter....anyway, my plan of action, as i was to tell 'jamal' is to simply leave the flat, after that radiator has begun to flood the place....and lock it...so they will need keys in order to get in....as it goes, eh?
