oh and i was to email louise garnett - oct 20th - about how to leave without having to pay unnecessary surcharges - see below...but she hasn't replied as yet....it is now the 20th of nov...and so i've sent her another email....if i do not hear from her, in a couple of days - i'll just ring up and stop it, anyway...i''m sick of all of this:
