OTHER NOTES:

...I am having a problem with topping up on MY3 today...it is trying to stop a voucher from going through, for some reason....

additionally and this is an odd one....I was to withdraw £20 from Sainsbury's cashpoint today....and the only identification upon the receipt is the numerical 'location' and ATM ID....usually the cashpoint issues a receipt with SAINSBURY'S FINANCE upon it...go figure...

anyway, whilst typing up the above...the voucher has now gone through, luckily...took some time though....
