....belle court bins room is a 'mess' as per usual...the 'marr-velo cult smashed up' signal is still present...and yes I have a good idea of who dumps there...not that I have ever seen anybody do it....donna was to say that the local police had told those who have 'houses upon the front of belle court drive' to dump there...and if CHP wants to prosecute...well they are going to say that the police told them to do so...add to 'that one'....MI5 running vigilante groups through the local police because 'so many years ago now' they couldn't trust the police to do a decent job....add to that one - McGowan talking about how it was impossible to prosecute ingabot - who had run amok in a shopping centre, knifing as many people as she could do...and you see why a 'bent copper cull' is in order?

oh and the latest? apparently the local police are going to prosecute those who dump in belle court bins room....there is CHP cctv in there, at present...and somebody has made it impossible to get in there...to the grey bins, anyway - by dumping a huge amount of black bags across the threshold....whilst litter...opened black bags are strewn around the whole block...this is all becoming 'impossible' isn't it?
