i have just been cut off the internet by MY3...so i had to top-up....

now, normally MY3 gives you a warning before they cut you off....an email which states how much data you have left....

you would have thought that this was an automatic process...but increasingly - i have been given no warning at all...and at last count - i had about 1,500 left...so it is all a bit 'odd'...

including the above message that there was a problem with 'my plan'....

what do they mean? it is 'pay as you go'....so what's the problem?
