and this is a reminder that 'dr who' never left the building....apparently he decided to occupy one of the flats at the top of this building - one with a balcony....either 'dr who' or whoever the 'parcelman' was - at the door, this time around as the program ran again...looking for flat 8, was it - or flat 10? i forget now...the one where tracy payne was supposed to be being kept prisoner....
