A horrible memory came back last night of WC programming:

The female victim was told that their stomach was an 'upside down toilet bowl'...which the ill used to put things in, now and then...and then they would take things out of it and then 'flush the chain'...

Yes the chain was the umbilical cord...and the pain and thought that your womb might be ripped out was so intense that the victim disassociated immediately.
