The garbage diposal agents haven't been round for some time as you can see...and I 'know' that the COUNCIL will attempt to prosecute this block for overfilling their bins over XMAS...

Surely they should be fined for not taking away the garbage? Talk about a pre-emptive strike.

Anyway, all of my black binliners are not on the top...and so I will not be guilty of 'over-filling'...and if anybody tells me that I am responsible...there will be big trouble.
