....and what else, is new this wednesday evening, dazzlenation?..well, 'horror of horrors'...the bathroom radiator has sprung a leak...after having had it on for a while, i was to find a small pool of water underneath it...not the normal bit of 'brown liquid' that the other radiators used to leak a small amount of, now and then.....but clear water which is rapidly dripping....anyway, i rang CHP immediately....to be told that i should turn the stopcock off and then turn on all of the taps, in order to get rid of any water in the system....anyway, having tried to turn off the stopcock, it is jammed again....hopefully the emergency plumber will arrive soon.....and with some WD 40 spray, to begin with.....apparently he should arrive before midnight....good...as it goes, eh?
