well the ROYAL MAIL service is 'down' at present....it is now 13/02/2013....and i would like to know if that ATOS questionnaire was 'signed for'...seeing as i had sent it 'first class' about 2 weeks ago now....the last time i looked it was still being 'processed' - you see how it goes?
