well, yes it does say CARILLION on the envelope...as i was to realise - having studied it...but that is not the first thing you notice - is it?
why didn't they just stamp CARILLION in big bold red letters upon the envelope, i wondered...that would have made it obvious...everybody knows that CHP employs them to run 'services' at belle court....
