....and what's new this monday evening, dazzlenation?...well, tard-force is being malevolent as ever:

although i have good news back from Ms Whyte at the ombudsman....who sent me O2's reply upon the dispute, today....O2 appears to have backed down and is now agreeing with everything that I had said....including offering me £75 compensation....hmmm....not much, regarding what i have been put through....all of those threatening letters from 'moorcroft', not to mention etc etc.....6 months of it....although i will obviously need confirmation from them that this is all above board and that there are no hidden charges etc etc...additionally, i will need clarification that I will only be paying for 'one line' as they call it and not two and what they will be charging for it....hmmm...perhaps O2 are simply paying back what they owe me - regarding all of those overpayments of £30.13 - regarding that £75....in order to cover up that direct debit fraud going on and since last year and so it is NOT exactly a goodwill gesture, is it...."lying and covering up" replies BI online....which means that they are still not to be trusted at all etc etc....also, i doubt if their dongle still works....something very dodgy about that sim card - given to me by rodway's adoptees etc etc...and so i'll need to get a new one - free...quite a bit still to be negotiated then....i.e. what's the use of agreeing to the above offer, if i still cannot access their service etc etc....and so i'll need to ask Ms Whyte if she can forward a reply to them seeing as she appears to have a 'direct line' to them and they never answer anything that i send them (apart from 'fob off' responses) etc etc...oh and she had told me beforehand that she couldn't advise me upon what to do if O2 did make an offer and so unfortunately i cannot do that but i can ask her to forward etc etc...in summary, they've pretty much admitted to direct debit fraud by offering to pay me back that £75 but with no real 'compensation' for the crime...additionally, i also have to worry about what will happen if i agree to their offer...will they attempt to make me pay for the last 3 months of 'no service' etc etc...what i need is a 'clean slate'...all previous accounts wiped...a new account starting say november of this year....with a new dongle and sim...just to make sure that it's all above board and not some 'dirty tricks' department number etc etc.....go figure:
