looks like it, doesn't it?...in relation to the latest comment that has just turned up:

apart from that - 02 has sent me their 'official' notice via email - telling me that they will cut off their service...er....yesterday....you read that right....they sent the email a day late.....either that or it arrived a day late....having already cut off their service upon the 17th of july....it is now the 5th of august....just how corrupt is that company etc etc....anyway, moorcroft has also been in touch to tell me that they acknowledge the right to contact me via email....that's all....oh and i've already clearly outlined how it might be a criminal offence to continue their contract with telefonica/O2 - regarding debt collection...which they appear to have taken into account i.e. they are now taking it up with 02/telefonica....and yes, i was to point out the irony of it all i.e. that it should be me who is employing their services regarding debt collection from 02 - who has been acted illegally and throughout - since last year, whilst stonewalling - to then break their contract with me, rather than the other way around....and yes, i have all of the documentation to prove it etc etc....see previous notes upon 'all of that'.
